A free Meet & Greet (M&G) visit is required for all new pet sitting clients prior
to reservations being accepted. This will allow us to assess the compatibility
between your pet(s) and sitter, plus it gives us time to go over all the details
so we can give your pet the best care possible!
A 50% deposit is due at the M&G to reserve the pet sitting dates with the
balance due on the first visit. I request seven (7) to ten (10) days prior to
date needed to schedule a Meet & Greet. Last minute reservations can
only be accepted if there is time for the M&G visit and there is an opening.

| Payment in full is always due on or before the first visit. We accept Paypal, cash or checks made out to HPC Pet Sitters. If writing a check we MUST have a phone number and Drivers License number on the check. |
HPC Pet Sitting Service is NOT responsible for the loss, injury, illness, or
death of any pets that have free access to the outdoors.
For the safety of your pet(s), it is recommended that they be confined in
the house or a fenced yard for the duration of the pet sitting job.

pet, chances are we have turned away other clients. Our policy is to NEVER over book - we will not take on
so many visits that we have to rush from one to the next. We are there to provide the daily care but also to
make sure your pets gets as much playtime, hugs and attention they deserve!

human interaction for their happiness. Just like people,
pets get bored and that could lead to destructive behavior
or even stress. For these reasons HPC require that dogs
are scheduled a minimum of two visits per day.
