| We believe your pets should get 100% of our attention when we are with them, after all they deserve it! We are trying to give them tons of attention in a small amount of time, compared to what they would normally get when you are home! We can’t do that if we are on the phone. So, please understand if you leave a message we WILL call you back within 24 hours of receiving your call! We will try and call sooner even if it's just to let you we got your call and will have to call you back later! We want to have time to talk, answer all your questions and get to know you! Another option is email! We respond to all emails in the evening of the day we receive them and always within 24hrs. This way you can ask all your questions and when we respond, you can read and respond to it when it’s convenient for you!
