Do I have to sign a contract?
|
Nope, we believe we will work hard to keep you as a customer by providing you with
quality service that delivers 100% customer satisfaction!
|
How much is the first visit?
|
$35 initial fee based on an average size yard. Prices subject to change due to over
sized yards and/or excessive waste. First time clients - payment due at first visit.
Continuing clients will be invoiced and payment due in advance.
|
Cash/Checks or Paypal. Checks made out to "HPC". Payments due on monthly basis
paid in advance. New clients payment due at first visit.

your Service! You can do this at
your convenience, no need to
wait for our office hours to set
things up!

Sure can, we love dogs! However if your dog is protective or guarding your
property or just don't like strangers, we ask you to confine them on the day we are
to provide service. This is for the protection of our technicians. If you do leave
your dog in the yard and it appears to be territorial or showing any signs of
aggressions we will NOT enter but contact you to reschedule service
|
Are you insured and bonded?

Can you clean my yard if my dog is out?

Gate locked - Dog won't let tech in yard?
|
HPC Techs are not permitted to climb/jump any gates to again access. First time
charges will be waived but further occurrences will be charged regular fees simply
because if we miss a day we will have twice the waste to scoop.

Do I need to be there when the tech comes?
|
Nope, we just ask that your gate is unlocked on the day of service or you can
provide us with a key. Remember if your dog is not friendly, we will not enter if
they are out. So please put them up for the day of service. Also our techs do NOT
jump fences.

If you are going away and don't need service just give us a call or drop us an email
within 24hrs to skip service. If you paid in advance you will be credited for service.
|
Can I have a "One-Time Clean Up?"
|
Are you planning a party, family gathering or BBQ? We can come out and clean up
for you for a one time fee. Check out our Rate list!
|
How do we know it's HPC thats in my yard?
|
All our techs will be wearing a shirt with our company logo on it.
|
We will work in most weather but severe weather and lightening will force our
techs to stop work until this type of weather has passed. If unable to complete
the task on our scheduled date, we will return the following day to finish up.
